Meet Jessica

I was born and raised in Mississauga, but Georgian Bay has been woven into my life for as long as I can remember. My family owned a condo in Collingwood, and we spent weekends and holidays enjoying everything this community has to offer. Those early years created a sense of connection to Southern Georgian Bay that stayed with me well into adulthood.

I eventually met my husband Josh, who was living in Toronto at the time but had grown up in Clearview. During the time we were expecting our first son, we made the decision that many families make, to trade the fast pace of the city for the quality of life that Southern Georgian Bay offers. It was the best decision we could have made. Life becomes calmer, community feels closer, and priorities shift in the best way possible. It is the same move I have now helped so many other families make, and I understand exactly why they choose it.

Outside of real estate, my life is full in all the best ways. I am a wife, a hockey and baseball mom, a dog mom, avid traveller and someone who loves great food, good wine, and time spent with family and friends. Much of our life revolves around the rink, the ball diamond, local events, and exploring the many small town experiences that make this region special.

My Path into Real Estate

My real estate career began almost by accident. While studying at Brock University, I worked at a RE/MAX office. My original plan was to become a teacher, but I quickly fell in love with real estate. The pace, the people, the problem solving, the connection, it all clicked for me and my path shifted.

After graduating and returning to Mississauga, I continued working at RE/MAX and took on many roles behind the scenes, from administration to marketing to deals to office management and new agent training. Those years gave me a deep understanding of how a brokerage operates and what it takes to support clients well.

Becoming licensed was a natural next step. I learned the business from the ground up as a licensed assistant to a high producing team before eventually moving into my own sales career. A move to Toronto followed, where I joined a boutique RE/MAX office and experienced firsthand what it meant to work in a competitive, fast paced, high pressure market. In person offer presentations, tight timelines, aggressive negotiations, and an environment where preparation and communication mattered at every step.

Coming Home to
Southern Georgian Bay

In 2018, I joined RE/MAX By The Bay in Wasaga Beach, and it felt like everything finally clicked into place. The pace here is steady, but it is also genuine, personal, and deeply rooted in community. It is a way of life that values connection over speed, conversation over pressure, and relationships over transactions.

What I love most about working in Southern Georgian Bay is the people. Families who choose this area are drawn to the same things we were, a slower rhythm, more space, a stronger sense of community, and the feeling that life is happening in all the right places. They care about schools, trails, rinks, small businesses, neighbourhoods, and the lifestyle that comes with living close to the water and surrounded by nature.

This is the kind of real estate that feels meaningful to me.
It is not about numbers, it is about relationships.
It is not about rushing, it is about guiding.
It is about helping families step into a new chapter of their lives with comfort and confidence.

My work here is built on trust, long term relationships, and the belief that real estate should feel calm, informed, and well supported from beginning to end. And because of that, the connections I make with clients often turn into friendships, something that means more to me than any metric ever could.

Fifteen years into my career, I still love what I do, and I am truly grateful for every person and every family who has trusted me with such an important part of their story.
